Where was your last meal?

My last meal "out" was at Medieval Times in Schaumburg. Mmmmm. Baby Dragon and a cold potato particle, washed down with two $15 dollar beers! It was a RARE occasion. I don't go out to the suburbs if I don't have to, but sometimes dinner AND tournament is hard to resist.

Favorite shopping destination?

I tend to get feverish around a bargain so definitely State Street (around State and Washington). H&M, Nordstrom Rack, Filene's Basement, Urban Outfitters, Forever 21– Oh my!

Favorite neighborhood spot?

I don't think I would love my hood quite as much if it weren't for Pequod's. My ass hates me for it, but I cannot resist stopping by for some pitchers and pizza - that caramelized cheese on the crust is fantastic no matter what some Pequod's haters (and there are only a few of you!) may tell you.

Guilty pleasure?

Chipotle Cheddar Cheese Popcorn from Chicago Popcorn Works. Pssst – I'll tell you a secret. Before I moved away from the area, I ordered an EXTRA LARGE BAG of the stuff and finished it in 24 hours.

Where'd you go on your last date?

My boyfriend surprised me on Valentine's Day with dinner at Green Dolphin Street. He told me that we were taking the Ashland Bus to the Hollywood Grill and I believed him (good thing we turned toward Green Dolphin Street or that would have been our last V-day celebration. I'm pretty low maintenance but the Hollywood Grill is just beat-nasty!)
